Lubricate
    Drive/Propeller Shaft
      Lube propeller shaft u-joints if equipped with a grease fitting. Inspect boots for cracking, damage, leakage, and looseness.
Check
    Ignition Timing
      Check timing and adjust if necessary.
Tighten/Torque
    Body and Frame
      Check all chassis/body nuts and bolts, torque as necessary.
Inspect
    Steering and Suspension
    Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve
      Check valve and system for proper operation.
    Heating and Air Conditioning
      Inspect refrigerant level and compressor operation annually.
    Heat Shield, Exhaust
      Check for cracks, corrosion and leakage. Check heat shields for debris.
    Drum Brake System
      Inspect drums, linings for wear or damage, and wheel cylinders for leakage and operation.
    Drive Belt
      Check for cracks, wear and fluid contamination. Adjust tension if necessary.
    Cooling System
      Check radiator, hoses and water pump for leaks and damage.
    Brake Hose/Line
      Or every 30 months, whichever occurs first. Inspect lines, hoses and connections.
Replace
    Spark Plug
      Replace with correct type and gap according to manufacturers specification.
    Oil Filter, Engine
      Replace every 7.5 months or 7500 miles.
    Fuel Filter
      Replace filter and check for leaks.
    Fluid - M/T
      Change lubricant, check for leaks.
    Fluid - Differential
      Change lubricant, check for leaks (Front and rear differentials)
    Fluid - A/T
      Change lubricant, check for leaks.
    Engine Oil
      Or every 7.5 months, whichever occurs first.
    Coolant
      Flush system, replace coolant. Check specific gravity for freezing point.
    Brake Fluid
      Flush and bleed system. Check for leaks. Use DOT 3 brake fluid only.
    Air Filter Element
      Extremely dusty conditions may require more frequent service of this component.
