Cylinder Head

1. Inspect cylinder head for water leakage, oil leakage, damage or cracks. Replace as required.
2. Measure cylinder head distortion. If distortion exceeds .006 inch (.18mm), grind cylinder head. Do not grind more than .008 inch (.20mm) from cylinder head.
3. Measure manifold contact surface. If distortion exceeds .006 inch (.18mm), grind cylinder head. Do not grind more than .008 inch (.20mm) from cylinder head.
