Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes

Fig. 19 Jumper Wire Connection:

Momentarily attach jumper wire to terminal C, Fig. 19, of blue 3 pin ABS check connector and ground. When ground is made and broken, ABS warning lamp will begin to flash. ABS check connector is located on left side of engine compartment.
A flashing pattern consists of a number of short flashes and ends with a long flash. Count the short flashes and include the long flash in the count.
If there is more than one system fault only the first recognized flashing pattern will be obtained.
