Refer to Fig. 3 for terminal locations for the following tests.
1. Ensure continuity exists between terminals A and C and terminals A and E while wipers are parked.
2. Ensure continuity exists between terminals A and F when in automatic park, and continuity does not exist between terminals A and F when out of automatic park.
3. Ensure continuity exists between terminals D and F when out of automatic park, and continuity does not exist between terminals D and F when in automatic park.
4. If checks are not as specified, repair or replace motor as necessary.
5. Apply battery voltage to terminal C and ground terminal A, wipers should operate at low speed.
6. Apply battery voltage to terminal E and ground terminal A, wipers should operate at high speed.
7. If either check is not as specified, repair or replace motor as necessary.
