Blower Motor: Service and Repair

BLOWER MOTOR

Removal
1. Remove the ECU.




2. Remove the screws and disconnect the blower motor connector.
3. Remove the motor cover.
4. Remove the blower motor.

Installation
- Install in the reverse order of removal.

BLOWER UNIT

Removal
1. Remove the blower motor.




2. Remove the seal plate and nuts.
3. Remove the blower unit.

Installation
- Install in the reverse order of removal.


Disassembly and Assembly





- Disassemble and assemble as shown.
