Fig. 15 Inhibitor switch terminal identification:

1. Disconnect electrical connector from inhibitor switch.
2. Check for continuity between connector terminals A and B, Fig. 15, using a suitable ohmmeter.
3. Continuity should exist when transmission is in Neutral or Park range only. If continuity is not as specified, replace the inhibitor switch.
