1. Connect battery ground to No. 2 terminal of relay electrical connector and battery positive to No. 1 terminal and ensure continuity exists between connector terminals 3 and 4, Fig. 45.
2. Remove voltage from connector and ensure there is no continuity between terminals 3 and 4.
