Vacuum Advance Control Solenoid: Testing and Inspection

1. Remove vacuum solenoid valve.
2. Blow air through side port of valve and ensure air flows from valve air filter.
3. Apply battery power and ground solenoid valve with jumper wires.
4. Blow through side port and ensure air flows from top valve.
5. If airflow is not as described, replace valve.
