Evaporator Core: Service and Repair

Evaporator Case Components:

1. Disconnect battery ground cable, then discharge refrigerant from cooling system.
2. Remove glove compartment undercover panel, then glove compartment.
3. Disconnect intake and discharge lines from cooling unit fittings.
4. Remove cooling unit line grommets then, glove compartment.
5. Disconnect A/C wire harness connectors.
6. Remove seal plates, drain hose, cooling unit attaching nuts, then the cooling unit.
7. Reverse procedure to install.
