Degas Bottle:

Removal and Installation
1. Drain the cooling system. For additional information, refer to Cooling System Draining, Filling and Bleeding.
2. Remove the cowl panel grille.
3. Remove the 7 bolts and the cross vehicle support.
^ To install, tighten to 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).
4. Disconnect the engine vent hose and air bleed hose from the degas bottle and position aside.
5. Disconnect the degas bottle return hose from the degas bottle and position aside.
6. Remove the 2 bolts and the degas bottle.
^ To install, tighten to 6 Nm (53 inch lbs.).
7. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
8. Fill and bleed the cooling system.
