Roof Opening Panel Frame

ROOF OPENING PANEL FRAME

Removal
1. Remove the headliner.
2. Disconnect the 2 rear and the 2 front drain hoses.
3. Disconnect the roof opening panel motor electrical connector.

4. NOTE: Support the roof opening panel frame to prevent it from dropping.

Remove the 8 bolts and the roof opening panel frame.

Installation

1. NOTE: The roof opening panel frame is available separately or as an assembly with the roof opening panel shield and glass.

If necessary, transfer the roof opening panel shield and glass components to the roof opening panel frame.







2. Position the roof opening panel frame to the vehicle and the 2 alignment pins.
3. Install the 8 roof opening panel frame bolts.
- Tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).

4. Connect the roof opening panel motor electrical connector.
5. Connect the 2 front and the 2 rear drain hoses.
6. Install the headliner.
7. Align the roof opening panel glass.
