Windshield Washer Reservoir: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Remove the air compressor.







2. Remove the bolt and nut and position the coolant reservoir aside.

NOTE: The power steering reservoir is shown removed for clarity.







3. Remove the upper washer reservoir bolt.







4. Remove the lower washer reservoir bolts.
5. Raise and support the vehicle.







6. Remove the RH front splash shield.
1. Remove the pushpins.
2. Remove the screws.
3. Remove the splash shield.

NOTE: The wheel is shown removed for clarity.







7. Disconnect the washer hose from the washer pump.

WARNING: WINDSHIELD WASHER SOLUTION CONTAINS METHANOL WHICH IS POISONOUS. OBSERVE AIL CAUTIONS AND WARNINGS INDICATED ON LABEL OF WASHER SOLUTION CONTAINER.







8. Remove the washer reservoir.
1. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
2. Remove the reservoir.

INSTALLATION

















1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
