Overdrive Servo

Disassembly





1. Remove the overdrive servo piston return spring





2. Remove the overdrive servo piston and rod





3. Install the servo piston large seal.
1 Remove the servo piston large seal.
2 Install the servo piston large seal.

Assembly





1. NOTE: Lubricate the piston seals with petroleum jelly prior to installation. Install the overdrive servo piston and rod assembly.





2. Install the overdrive servo piston return spring.
