Pinpoint Test Notes

CAUTION: Do not make jumper connections except as directed. Improper connections may damage the Voltage Regulator (VR) or fuses.

NOTE
- All voltage measurements are referenced to the negative (-) battery post unless otherwise specified.
- All "ignition switch ON" measurements are made with the engine NOT running unless directed to "START ENGINE."
- When the battery has been disconnected and reconnected, some abnormal drive symptoms may occur while the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) relearns its adaptive strategy. The vehicle may need to be driven 16 km (10 miles) or more to relearn the strategy.
