Ordering Instructions for Additional Fan Warning Labels

The correct fan warning labels (Part Number YF32-8653-AA) for this program are being sent directly to customers of the affected vehicles. Additional labels may be ordered by calling the Recall Hotline at 1-800-325-5621. Inform the operator you are calling in regard to Special Field Action Program 00L06. Be prepared to provide your name, address, dealer P & A code, and how many labels you need.
