Blower Motor: Service and Repair

REMOVAL







1. Remove the instrument panel insulator.
1 Remove the pushpins.
2 Disengage the courtesy lamp and remove the instrument panel insulator.







2. Remove the passenger side scuff plate.







3. Remove the instrument panel upper finish panel and disconnect the A/C sunload sensor wire harness connector.







4. Remove the screws retaining the RH and center instrument panel to the dash panel.







5. Remove the RH instrument panel-to-cowl retaining nut.







6. Disconnect the wire harness connector.







7. Remove the screws.







8. Pull the back on the instrument panel and remove the blower motor.

INSTALLATION

















1. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
