Disassembly and Assembly (Air Distribution Ducts)

DISASSEMBLY
1. Remove the instrument panel.







2. Remove the screws and the windshield defroster hose nozzle.







3. Disconnect the RH and the LH A/C side window demister and hose from the A/C plenum demister adapter.







4. Remove the heater air plenum chamber.
1 Disconnect the vacuum hose.
2 Remove the screws and remove the heater air plenum chamber.







5. Remove the screws and the RH A/C side window demister and hose.







6. Remove the screws and the bracket.







7. Remove the screws and the LH A/C side window demister and hose.

ASSEMBLY



























1. Follow the disassembly procedure in reverse order.
