REMOVAL







1. Remove the luggage compartment door trim panel.

NOTE: Individual lock cylinders are repaired by discarding the inoperative cylinder and building a new lock cylinder using the appropriate lock repair package. The lock repair package includes a detailed instruction sheet to build the current key code of the vehicle.







2. Disconnect the connector.







3. Unclip the remote release cable.







4. Remove the screw and remove the backup lamp housing.







5. Remove the rivets and remove the luggage compartment lock cylinder.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
