Evaporative Check Valve: Description and Operation

Evaporative Emission Tube Shut Off Valve:

PURPOSE
Prevents overfilling of the fuel tank.

OPERATION
Closes the flow path from the Evaporative Emission (EVAP) valve to the EVAP canister during refueling.
