E1 Verify Pump Motor Condition

- With vehicle standing still:

- Check if pump motor runs with ignition switch in RUN or OFF position.

- Does pump motor run?

Pump runs with ignition switch in OFF position -- Go to E2. E2 Check Pump Motor Relay

Pump runs with ignition switch in RUN position -- Go to E3. E3 Check Circuit 539 to Ground
