Floor Air Distribution Ducts to Front Compartment

A floor duct attached to the underside of the evaporator case incorporates the necessary openings to distribute heated air to the floor area in the front passenger compartment (illustration).

REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
1. Remove two screws retaining duct to evaporator case.
2. Pull duct away from case.
3. To install duct, align it with the holes in the evaporator case. Be sure that flange on duct is inserted over edge of surface of case which surrounds large heat distribution opening.
4. Install retaining screws.
