ISSUE: Test Step A2, b) and c), of the Blend Door Actuator Functional Test for Automatic. Temperature Control on Page 36-75-15 of the 1991 Lincoln Town Car/Crown Victoria/Grand Marquis Shop Manual is incorrect. The ohm values shown are reversed.

ACTION: Refer to the pages following this TSB article for the correct Test Step ohm values.
