1. Remove timing belt as outlined previously.
2. Install injection pump sprocket aligning pin T84P-9000-A or equivalent, then remove sprocket retaining nut and washer.
3. Using suitable puller, remove sprocket from injection pump.
4. Remove Woodruff key from pump shaft.
5. Remove oil dipstick tube to intake manifold attaching clamp, then position dipstick tube aside.
6. Disconnect turbo pressure switch indicator electrical connector.
7. Remove diagnostic plug bracket and position aside, Fig. 2.
8. Loosen turbo crossover pipe boot to intake manifold attaching clamp.
9. Remove intake manifold to cylinder head attaching bolts, then the intake manifold.
10. Disconnect and plug fuel lines from injection nozzles.
11. Remove fuel lines from injection pump. Note location of each line to aid reassembly.
12. Disconnect coolant hoses from idle speed boost housing.
13. Disconnect electrical connectors from fuel shut-off solenoid, micro-switch and injection timing solenoid.
14. Disconnect nozzle return line from injection pump and fuel return hose from fuel return line on left fender apron.
15. Disconnect fuel inlet hose from fuel return line on left fender apron.
16. Disconnect vacuum hoses from altitude compensation valve. Note location of hoses to aid reassembly.
17. Disconnect throttle cable and speed control cable, if equipped, from injection pump.
18. Remove injection pump attaching nuts and bolts, then the injection pump.
19. Reverse procedure to install. When installing injection pump, ensure that mark on front cover aligns with mark on injection pump mounting boss. Bleed fuel system as outlined under ``Fuel System Bleeding,'' then adjust pump timing.
