LIFTGATE LATCH - POWER

Removal and Installation
1. Remove the liftgate trim panel.
2. Remove the 2 liftgate release switch moulding bolts.
- To install, tighten to 12 Nm (9 lb-ft).

3. Position the liftgate release switch molding aside.
4. Disconnect the liftgate latch electrical connector.
5. Remove the 3 liftgate latch screws.
- To install, tighten to 12 Nm (9 lb-ft).

6. Remove the liftgate latch.

7. NOTE: Lubricate the liftgate latch after installation.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
