FLOOR CONSOLE - FRONT







Removal and Installation
1. Position the front seats in the full forward position.
2. Remove the floor console bolt covers.
3. Remove the 2 floor console bolts.
- To install, tighten to 5 Nm (44 lb-in).

4. Position the front seats in the full rear position.
5. Depower the supplement restraint system.

6. NOTE: If the foam gasket becomes dislodged from the trim panel during removal, snap the gasket back in place before reinstalling.

Carefully remove the floor console side finish trim panel one clip at a time without bending the panel rearward.

7. Remove the cup holder/ash receptacle insert.
8. Remove the floor console finish panel screw.

9. NOTE: The shift control bezel is only partially removed from the floor console to allow removal of the floor console finish panel.

Depress the tab at the rear of the shift control bezel to release it from the floor console finish trim panel.

10. Remove the floor console finish trim panel.
11. Remove the floor console screws located under the floor console finish trim panel.
12. Remove the 2 bolts located under the floor console side finish trim panel.
- To install, tighten to 5 Nm (44 lb-in).

13. Tilt the floor console rearward to access and disconnect the bulkhead electrical connector.
14. Remove the floor console.
15. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
16. Repower the supplemental restraints system.
