LIFTGATE WINDOW LATCH

Removal and Installation
1. Remove the liftgate trim panel.
2. Disconnect the 2 liftgate latch remote control electrical connectors.
3. Remove the 3 liftgate latch remote control screws.
- To install, tighten to 12 Nm (9 lb-ft).

4. Position the liftgate latch remote control forward.
5. Disconnect the liftgate window latch actuating cable.
6. Remove the 4 liftgate window latch screws.
- To install, tighten to 12 Nm (9 lb-ft).

7. Remove the liftgate window latch.
- Disconnect the liftgate window ajar switch electrical connector.

8. NOTE: Lubricate the liftgate window latch after installation.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
