Reassembly

BRAKE SYSTEM (OTHER): BRAKE PEDAL: REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL STOP LIGHT SWITCH CUSHION (for TMC Made)

(a) Install the stop light switch cushion to the brake pedal sub-assembly.

2. INSTALL BRAKE PEDAL BUSHING (for TMC Made)

(a) Apply lithium soap base glycol grease to 2 new brake pedal bushings.

(b) Install the 2 brake pedal bushings to the brake pedal sub-assembly.

3. INSTALL BRAKE PEDAL SHAFT COLLAR (for TMC Made)

(a) Install the brake pedal shaft collar to the brake pedal sub-assembly.

4. INSTALL BRAKE PEDAL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for TMC Made)

(a) Install the brake pedal sub-assembly to the brake pedal support sub-assembly with the bolt and nut as shown in the illustration.





Torque : 37 Nm (375 kgf-cm, 27 ft-lbf)

(b) Engage the 2 clamps.





5. INSTALL BRAKE PEDAL PAD

(a) Install the brake pedal pad.
