Installation

HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING: REAR BLOWER MOTOR: INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL REAR BLOWER WITH FAN MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

(a) Install the rear blower with fan motor with the 3 screws.

2. INSTALL HEATER BRACKET

(a) Install the bracket with the 3 screws and attach the clamp.

(b) Install the bolt.

(c) Connect the 2 connectors.

3. INSTALL REAR QUARTER TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY RH Installation

4. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY RH Installation

5. INSTALL ASSIST GRIP SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat) Installation

6. INSTALL ASSIST GRIP PLUG (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat) Installation

7. INSTALL FRONT DECK SIDE TRIM COVER (w/ Tonneau Cover) Installation

8. INSTALL NO. 1 TONNEAU COVER HOLDER CAP (w/o Tonneau Cover) Installation

9. INSTALL NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK Installation

10. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT LAP BELT OUTER ANCHOR COVER Installation

11. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY (w/ Tonneau Cover) Installation

12. INSTALL OUTER LAP BELT ANCHOR COVER Installation

13. INSTALL REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH Installation

14. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH Installation

15. INSTALL QUARTER SCUFF PLATE RH (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat) Installation

16. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 FLOOR STEP COVER (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat) Installation

17. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEATBACK ASSEMBLY

(a) for 60/40 Split Double-folding Seat Type LH Side:

Install the rear No. 1 seatback assembly Installation.

(b) for 60/40 Split Double-folding Seat Type RH Side:

Install the rear No. 1 seatback assembly Installation.

(c) for 60/40 Split Slide Walk-in Seat Type LH Side:

Install the rear No. 1 seatback assembly Installation.

(d) for 60/40 Split Slide Walk-in Seat Type RH Side:

Install the rear No. 1 seatback assembly Installation.

18. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat)

(a) Install the rear No. 2 seat assembly Installation.

19. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.
