Removal








AIR CONDITIONING: CONDENSER:

REMOVAL

1. DISCHARGE REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM Service and Repair

2. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE LH COVER NO.2 Removal

3. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Removal

4. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP W/ INLET Removal

5. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER STAY CENTER Removal

6. DISCONNECT COOLER REFRIGERANT DISCHARGE HOSE NO.1






(a) Remove the bolt and disconnect the cooler refrigerant discharge hose No.1 from the cooler condenser assembly.
(b) Remove the O-ring from the cooler refrigerant discharge hose No.1.
NOTE: Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent moisture and foreign matter from entering.

7. DISCONNECT AIR CONDITIONING TUBE AND ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY






(a) Remove the bolt and disconnect the air conditioning tube and accessory assembly.
(b) Remove the O-ring from the air conditioning tube and accessory assembly.
NOTE: Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent moisture and foreign matter from entering.

8. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT UPPER SUB-ASSEMBLY






(a) Remove the bolt and raise the bracket as shown in the illustration.
(b) Remove the cap.
(c) Disconnect the connector.






(d) Remove the 5 bolts, nut and radiator support upper sub-assembly.
9. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT UPPER LH SUB-ASSEMBLY






(a) Remove the 4 bolts and radiator support upper LH sub-assembly.
10. REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT UPPER RH SUB-ASSEMBLY






(a) Remove the 4 bolts and radiator support upper RH sub-assembly.
11. REMOVE COOLER CONDENSER ASSEMBLY






(a) Release the 4 clamps and wire harness.






(b) Remove the 4 bolts and disconnect sub with fan radiator assembly.






(c) Remove the 2 screws and cooler condenser assembly.
