Removal

SUPPLEMENTAL RESTRAINT SYSTEMS: SEAT POSITION SENSOR: REMOVAL

1. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Remove the front seat assembly LH Removal.
2. REMOVE SEAT POSITION SENSOR






(a) Using a T30 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the screw and seat position sensor with sensor protector.
(b) Disconnect the connector.






(c) Remove the seat slide position sensor protector from the seat position sensor.
3. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH
HINT:
Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

4. REMOVE SEAT POSITION SENSOR






(a) Using a T30 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the screw and seat position sensor with sensor protector.
(b) Disconnect the connector.






(c) Remove the seat slide position sensor protector from the seat position sensor.
