EXTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: RADIATOR GRILLE: REASSEMBLY

w/o Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System:
HINT:
When installing the emblem, heat the radiator grille and emblem using a heat light.

Standard:





NOTICE:
Do not heat the radiator grille and emblem excessively.

1. INSTALL FRONT TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY (w/ Wide View Front Monitor System) Installation







2. INSTALL NO. 3 RADIATOR GRILLE GARNISH (w/o Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System)
(a) Attach the claw to install the garnish.
(b) Install 2 new spring nuts.
3. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE (OR FRONT PANEL) EMBLEM (w/o Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System)
(a) Clean the radiator grille surface.
(1) Using a heat light, heat the radiator grille surface.
(2) Remove the double-sided tape from the radiator grille.
(3) Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.
(b) Install a new emblem.
(1) Using a heat light, heat the radiator grille and a new emblem.
(2) Remove the peeling paper from the face of the emblem.
HINT:
After removing the peeling paper, keep the exposed adhesive free from foreign matter.





(3) Align the boss positions and install the emblem.
HINT:
Press the emblem firmly to install it.





4. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE (OR FRONT PANEL) EMBLEM (w/ Dynamic Radar Cruise Control System)
(a) Attach the claw to install the garnish.
(b) Install 2 new spring nuts.






5. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SEAL
(a) Attach the 14 clips to install the radiator seal.
