Disassembly

EXTERIOR PANELS / TRIM: FRONT BUMPER: DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE NO. 4 ENGINE ROOM WIRE
(a) w/o Intuitive Parking Assist System:
Remove the No. 4 engine room wire.
(1) Disconnect the 2 connectors.
(2) Detach the 7 clamps and remove the engine room wire.

(b) w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System:
Remove the No. 4 engine room wire.
(1) Disconnect the 4 connectors.
(2) Detach the 9 clamps and remove the engine room wire.

2. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) Removal

3. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) Removal

4. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Remove the 4 screws and fog light.
5. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH

Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

6. REMOVE FOG LIGHT MOUNTING BRACKET LH
(a) Remove the 4 screws and bracket.
7. REMOVE FOG LIGHT MOUNTING BRACKET RH
HINT:
Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

8. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER GARNISH LH
(a) Detach the 3 claws and remove the garnish.
9. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER GARNISH RH
HINT:
Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

10. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH
(a) Detach the 3 claws and remove the hole cover.
11. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH
HINT:
Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

12. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE
(a) Detach the 16 claws and remove the lower radiator grille.
13. REMOVE TYPE 1 HEADLIGHT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System) Removal

14. REMOVE TYPE 1 HEADLIGHT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

15. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System) Removal

16. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

17. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER PROTECTOR
(a) Remove the 2 bumper protectors.

18. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET
(a) Remove the 2 screws and bracket.
