INSPECTION PROCEDURE

PROCEDURE

1. CHECK MULTI-DISPLAY SELECTOR





(a) Disconnect the L25 selector connector.
(b) Using an oscilloscope, check the signal waveform between each terminal and the body ground according to the conditions shown in the chart below.
OK:






NG -- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (REMOTE CONTROL ADAPTER - MULTI-DISPLAY SELECTOR)
OK -- REPLACE MULTI-DISPLAY SELECTOR
2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (REMOTE CONTROL ADAPTER - MULTI-DISPLAY SELECTOR)





(a) Disconnect the P1 adapter connector.
(b) Disconnect the L25 selector connector.
(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance:






NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- REPLACE REMOTE CONTROL ADAPTER ASSEMBLY
