"Multi-display Controller" refers to the multi-display selector.

PROCEDURE
1. CHECK REMOTE CONTROL ADAPTER ASSEMBLY
(a) Disconnect the P1 adapter connector.
(b) Using an oscilloscope, check the signal waveform between each terminal and the body ground according to the conditions shown in the chart below.
OK:
NG -- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MULTI-DISPLAY SELECTOR - REMOTE CONTROL ADAPTER)
OK -- REPLACE REMOTE CONTROL ADAPTER ASSEMBLY
2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (MULTI-DISPLAY SELECTOR - REMOTE CONTROL ADAPTER)
(a) Disconnect the L22 selector connector.
(b) Disconnect the P1 adapter connector.
(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance:
NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- REPLACE MULTI-DISPLAY SELECTOR
