MAYDAY SWITCH ASSY

REPLACEMENT

HINT: The installation is in the reverse order of the removal.




1. REMOVE MAP LAMP ASSY
a. Using a screwdriver, pry out the lens cover.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.




b. Using a screwdriver, pry out the 2 caps.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

c. Remove the 4 screws.
d. Remove the map lamp and disconnect the connector.




2. REMOVE MICROPHONE ASSY
a. Remove the screw.
b. Using a screwdriver, disconnect the connector and remove the microphone.




3. REMOVE MICROPHONE AMPLIFIER ASSY
a. Remove the screw.
b. Remove the microphone amplifier, as shown in the illustration.
