Disassembly and Reassembly

DISASSEMBLY
1. REMOVE REAR BLOWER RESISTOR
a. Disconnect the connectors.
b. Remove the 2 screws and rear blower resistor.

2. SEPARATE HEATER UNIT CASES
Remove the 4 screws and separate the heater unit cases.

3. REMOVE REAR HEATER RADIATOR
4. REMOVE REAR BLOWER MOTOR
a. Remove the nut and blower fan.
b. Remove the 3 screws and blower motor.

REASSEMBLY
Reassembly is in the reverse order of disassembly.
