Removal
1
WARNING: Do not work on or under a vehicle supported only by a jack. Always support the vehicle on safety stands.
Raise and support the vehicle.
2 Remove the wheel and tire.
3 Remove and discard the halfshaft oil seal. For additional information, refer to Halfshaft Rear Drive Halfshafts




4 Using the special tool, remove and discard the halfshaft bearing.

Installation





1 Using the special tools, install a new halfshaft bearing.
2 Install a new halfshaft oil seal. For additional information, refer to Halfshaft Rear Drive Halfshafts
3 Install the wheel and tire.
- Tighten the wheel nuts to 140 Nm (103 lb.ft).
