Glass Roof Panel Blind
This is a "Trustmark Authoring Standards (TAS) Repair Procedure"
- TAS style procedures can be identified by steps that have no accompanying step text and the magenta color of the electrical connectors and fasteners such as nuts, bolts, clamps or clips.
- TAS removal and installation procedures use a sequence of color illustrations to indicate the order to be followed when removing/disassembling or installing/assembling a component.
- Many of the TAS procedures will have the installation information within the removal steps.
- The TAS color illustrations use a variety of symbols to indicate important details of the procedures. It is important to understand these symbols in order to properly used the TAS procedures.

Removal
1 Remove both A-pillar trim panels.

2 Remove both B-pillar upper trim panels.
For additional information, refer to B-Pillar Upper Trim Panel B-Pillar Upper Trim Panel
3 Remove both C-pillar trim panels.

4 Remove both D-pillar upper trim panels.

5 Remove the interior rear view mirror.

6 Remove both sun visors.




7 Remove the 4 passenger assist handles.




8 Release the rear of the headliner.




9 Release the front door seals.





10 Release the headliner.





11 Close the glass roof panel blind.





CAUTION: Do not allow the glass roof panel blind tube to rotate.

CAUTION: Do not release the metal pin from its locator until the locking pin is in place.
Carefully slide the glass roof panel blind tube to the left.
Release the plastic pin from its locator.




Using a suitable pin (1mm diameter), lock the glass roof panel blind.
Release the metal pin from its locator.





12 Remove the glass roof panel blind.

Installation
1 Install the glass roof panel blind slider feet to the guides.

CAUTION: Do not allow the glass roof panel blind tube to rotate until the plastic pin is secure in its locator.
Secure the metal pin to its locator.
Remove the locking pin from the glass roof panel blind.
Carefully slide the glass roof panel blind tube to the left.
Align and secure the plastic pin to its locator.
2 Open the glass roof panel blind.
3 Secure the headliner.
4 Attach the front door seals.
5 Attach the rear of the headliner.
6 Install the
passenger assist handles.
7 Install the sun visors.
8 Install the interior rear view mirror.

9 Install the D-pillar trim panels.

10 Install the C-pillar trim panels.

11 Install the B-pillar trim panels.

12 Install the A-pillar trim panels.
