Glass Roof Panel Blind

Removal

1. Remove both A-pillar trim panels.
2. Remove both B-pillar upper trim panels.
3. Remove both C-pillar trim panels.
4. Remove both D-pillar upper trim panels.
5. Remove the interior rear view mirror.
6. Remove both sun visors.







7. Remove the 4 passenger assist handles.







8. Release the rear of the headliner.







9. Release the front door seals.







10. Release the headliner.







11. Close the glass roof panel blind.







12. CAUTION:
^ Do not allow the glass roof panel blind tube to rotate.
^ Do not release the metal pin from its locator until the locking pin is in place.

Carefully slide the glass roof panel blind tube to the left.
Release the plastic pin from its locator.







13. Using a suitable pin (1 mm diameter), lock the glass roof panel blind.
Release the metal pin from its locator.







14. Remove the glass roof panel blind.







Installation

1. Install the glass roof panel blind slider feet to the guides.

2. CAUTION: Do not allow the glass roof panel blind tube to rotate until the plastic pin is secure in its locator.

Secure the metal pin to its locator.
Remove the locking pin from the glass roof panel blind.

3. Carefully slide the glass roof panel blind tube to the left.

Align and secure the plastic pin to its locator.

4. Open the glass roof panel blind.
5. Secure the headliner.
6. Attach the front door seals.
7. Attach the rear of the headliner.
8. Install the passenger assist handles.
9. Install the sun visors.
10. Install the interior rear view mirror.
11. Install the D-pillar trim panels.
12. Install the C-pillar trim panels.
13. Install the B-pillar trim panels.
14. Install the A-pillar trim panels.
