Rear Fender Splash Shield

Service Repair No - 76.10.49

Removal

1. WARNING: Do not work on or under a vehicle supported only by a jack. Always support the vehicle on safety stands.

Raise the rear of the vehicle.

2. Remove the road wheel.







3. Remove the 2 clips securing the rear fender splash shield to the rocker panel and rear bumper.
4. Remove the 3 plastic nuts securing the rear fender splash shield.
5. Remove the 4 screws securing the rear fender splash shield.
6. Remove the rear fender splash shield.

Installation

1. Install the rear fender splash shield.
^ Install the plastic nuts.
^ Install the screws.
^ Install the clips.

2. Install the road wheel.
^ Tighten the road wheel nuts to 140 Nm (103 ft. lbs.).

3. Lower the vehicle.
^ Remove the stands.
