Spoiler - Tailgate

Service Repair No - 76.10.91

Remove

1. Remove upper tailgate finisher.







2. Remove 3 bolts securing spoiler to tailgate.
3. Disconnect multiplug from CHMSL harness.
4. If fitted: Disconnect multiplug and cable from rear view camera harness.
5. Close upper tailgate.







6. Slide spoiler rearward and release from clips. Release harness from tailgate and remove spoiler.

NOTE: Do not carry out further dismantling if component is removed for access only.







7. Remove 4 screws securing CHMSL to spoiler, release harness from spoiler and remove lamp.







8. If fitted: Remove screw and release 2 clips securing rear view camera to spoiler. Remove camera.







9. If fitted: Drill out pop rivet, release adhesive pads and remove camera bracket.

Refit

1. If fitted: Fit camera bracket and secure with pop rivet and adhesive pads.
2. If fitted: Fit camera and secure with clips and screw.
3. Position CHMSL and harness to spoiler, secure with screws.
4. Fit spoiler to tailgate.
5. Open upper tailgate.
6. Tighten spoiler bolts to 10 Nm (7 lbf.ft).
7. Connect multiplug to CHMSL.
8. If fitted: Connect multiplug and cable to camera harness.
9. Fit upper tailgate finisher.
