REMOVAL
1. Remove two nuts, bolts, washers and rubber bushings (1) from ball joint links (4).
2. Remove cotter pin and loosen castellated nut (2) a few turns.
3. Release ball joint using special tool No. 1 8G 1 063A, or equivalent as shown.
4. Remove castellated nut (2) and ball joint link (4).

INSTALLATION
1. Install ball joint link (4) and castellated nut (2)
- Ensure ball joint link arm points up, then tighten to 40 Nm and fit new cotter pin.
2. Align anti-roll bar to ball joint links (4).
3. Install bolts, washers and rubber bushings (1) using new self locking nuts secure anti-roll[sway] bar to ball joint links (4), then tighten to 68 Nm.
