Parking Brake Cable: Adjustments

1. Ensure parking brake shoes are correctly adjusted.
2. From under vehicle, rotate adjustment thumbwheel (7) below parkbrake lever until parking brake is fully operational on third notch of ratchet.

NOTE: Cable adjustment must be used ONLY for initial adjustment and to compensate for cable stretch.

3. Operate parking brake to settle shoes. Recheck that parkbrake is fully operational on third notch of ratchet. Readjust if necessary.
