Thermostat: Service and Repair

THERMOSTAT REPLACEMENT
1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Partially drain coolant from cooling system.
3. Loosen hose clamp and disconnect radiator top hose from thermostat housing.
4. Remove thermostat.
5. Reverse procedure to install. Tighten to specification.
