DETAIL
A number of Product Reports have been received which detail suspension fixings (fasteners) torque relaxation at the front radius arm fixings and panhard rod fixings. To overcome this condition a number of new fixings have been Introduced with an improved surface finish which assists in maintaining original torque levels.
The new parts are directly interchangeable with the previous parts

PARTS INFORMATION
1. 6H114167 Panhard rod bolt replaces BH11461 (2 off)
2. BH116207 Radius arm bolt replaces BH116201(4 off)
3. NV114047 Panhard rod nut replaces NY114041 (4 off)
4. NV116047 Radius arm nut replaces NY116051(2 off)
PROCEDURE
Refer to the Workshop Manual section 60 - Repairs pages 1 and 2 for removal details and torque values.
New fixings should be used when replacing suspension bushes.
Refer to the service schedule to determine service intervals at which suspension fixings should be checked for security.
