Proper organization of technical literature is essential to make effective use of the large amount of information sent to dealers. The following changes are being made to assure that service personnel can easily access pertinent information immediately when it is needed.

1. Technical and non-technical information are to be filed separately from now on. A new binder for Technical Information Bulletins (TIBs) and related E-mails is provided with this Bulletin. Dividers/tabs that match Workshop Manual sections (and TIB designations) are provided.

Continue to use your Service Bulletin binder for all other non-technical information. You may discard your E-mail binder as you will now file E-mails in the appropriate section along with TIBs or Service Bulletins.

2. Regular updates of TIB/E-mail indexes will be mailed to you so that you can easily check for missing information.

3. Dividers/Tabs are now stocked at Memphis so that you can order additional binders and tabs as needed. The new part numbers are as follows:
