Audio System - Return/Exchange Policy

a/d/s/(R) Exchange Parts Policy

In order to assure proper crediting of a/d/s/(R) audio system return/exchange parts, please be sure that you are following the procedure outlined below.

1. Once a faulty component has been diagnosed, call a/d/s/(R) to request exchange unit (a/d/s/(R) service personnel may assist you in confirming your diagnosis when you call).

2. When you receive exchange unit note the two-part packing list and 4-digit packing list number.

3. Return the yellow copy of the packing list with the faulty component. (Note: be sure the part is identified with a regular warranty parts tag that has been completely filled out).

4. Make note of the 4-digit packing list number for use as a reference number on the warranty claim. Just as with Clarion and Pioneer exchanges you must enter the reference number in the comments section of the claim to receive credit.

5. Submit a warranty claim to LRNA for audio exchange program allowance (p/n AUDIO) and UPS charges as you would on other radio claims.

Canadian Dealers

Do not exchange directly with a/d/s/(R). Call Land Rover Canada for exchange units.
