Land Rover's Owner Care Specialists may also grant authorization when directly involved with a customer.
The Technician Hotline may be contacted to assist in a difficult repair. When contacted, the Hotline will issue a Technician Hotline Reference Number. THIS IS NOT A REPAIR AUTHORIZATION.
Obtaining a repair authorization does not exempt the warranty claim from meeting all other submission requirements or exclude it from audit.
The warranty staff reserves the right to request authorization on other repairs on a claim by claim basis.
