Radio And CD Changer - Out of Warranty Repairs

OUT OF WARRANTY RADIO AND CD CHANGER REPAIRS

Both Clarion Corp. and Pioneer Electronics, Inc., suppliers of Range Rover radios, have factory repair programs for out of warranty audio head units and CD changers. To obtain factory repairs, proceed as follows:

Clarion

1. Carefully package the failed head unit and ship with information about the fault and a check for $65.00 to:

2. You will receive confirmation of receipt and a reference number within a week. You will be notified if the unit can not be repaired.

3. Allow 10-15 days for radio repair.

4. Return will be by ground UPS or faster service (C.O.D.) if requested.

Pioneer (Radio Head Units and CD Changers)

1. Carefully package the failed unit and ship with information about the fault and a check for $85.00 (radios) or $120.00 (CD changers) to:

2. You will only receive communication from Pioneer if your unit cannot be repaired or if charges exceed the initial payment.

3. Allow two (2) weeks for repair. Return by UPS ground.

2. If you desire a price quote, request it in writing along with your explanation of the radio's fault.

3. Repaired units will be returned to you and billed C.O.D.

Pioneer (Radio Head Units and CD Changers)

1. Ship the failed part to the address below with name, phone number and description of fault. You will receive a quote for repair costs (generally $65.00 plus parts) after inspection of the unit.
