Steering Gear Centralization

1. Disconnect sector shaft arm drag link from drop arm.
2. Turn steering wheel on full LH lock.
3. Turn steering wheel back exactly two turns.
4. Fit sector shaft arm drag link.

(For RH drive vehicles, turn steering wheel to the full RH lock intead of LH)
